Different grades have different working environments. PEEK-pure has better toughness and is suitable for use in the sealing industry. The added glass fiber can provide PEEK material with certain strength without affecting its electrical properties. It is widely used in Textile printing and dyeing industry; adding carbon fiber can provide PEEK material with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance, suitable for use in beverage filling and other industries; PEEK-FC30 is widely made into the wear-resistant parts.

PEEK material performance
PEEK is a semicrystalline thermoplastic with excellent mechanical and chemical resistance properties that are retained to high temperatures. PEEK is used to fabricate items used in demanding applications, including bearings, piston parts, pumps, HPLC columns, compressor plate valves, and cable insulation. It is one of the few plastics compatible with ultra-high vacuum applications.
PEEK is second only in PI in special engineering plastics, but PEEK has better processability and wider processing window than PI to become a cost-effective engineering plastic. PEEK materials are often selected as the highest priority material between 120 and 260 °C.

Aerospace field: It can be processed into various high-precision aircraft parts. Due to its good hydrolysis resistance, corrosion resistance and flame retardant properties, it can be processed into internal/external parts of aircraft and many parts of rocket engines.
Industrial field: Due to its good mechanical properties, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and high pressure resistance, it is often used to manufacture compressor valve plates, piston rings, seals, etc.
Automobile manufacturing: PEEK has been successfully used in automobile manufacturing. Because of its good friction resistance, it can replace metals (including stainless steel and titanium) to manufacture engine inner covers, automobile bearings, seals and brake pads.
Insulating material: PEEK has excellent electrical properties, and the insulating properties of PEEK can still be maintained under harsh conditions such as high temperature and high humidity. It is an ideal electrical insulating material, especially in the semiconductor industry. Widely used.
